Clueless

It is only today that I realised how easy Research Methods paper was yesterday. It is not about that I was enlightened as to how to do the questions (as I already know how) BUT its more of the case that Advanced Corp Finance paper was really tough.
I did put in effort in studying as testified by my seminar attendance, my contribution to the four report, my personalised notes and 3 days of examination preparations. However, I was clueless this afternoon. I tried my very best to answer all questions and apply what I have learnt and revised. The problem is, I was kind of clueless ...It seems to be the most difficult paper ever since year 1 ...
50% of reports (scored around B+ to A-) .... will they help my eventual grade? I am afraid ...

Received the above email from my research methods professor. It seems that we did a great job for our research methods project! Good Job Group 1! It is true that our hardwork all along does pay off . . .

When acid meets alkaline

Today, I met "acid" and "alkaline".
"Acid" refers to both my phone and email conversations with the manager of Citibank. She wasnt very pleased of me not replying to her offer email and the fact of me being counter-offered an internship position at BNP Paribas Singapore. I just wanna be truthful. I do not want to give the former a false confirmation. But seriously, I think I did not handle the situaton as well as I should have done so. All I can do is to seek my ex-boss and the manager's understanding and forgiven.
"Alkaline" refers to my AB214 presentation. Those students presenting today, including myself, was rather nervous. Its not because it is the last presentation but more of the fact that we received Prof. Michael's evaluations and comments to our past performance the day before. Prof advised me to have aural emphasis and to stand poised at all times.
These are comments I received for today's presentation:
"Excellent Projection! Dynamic vocal variety"
"Classy images and overall presentation"
"Well-mastered and clearly structured arguments"
Referring to my "Ah-Boy" video - "I'm not too sure video is necessary for such a short presentation. Just the images, with you doing the voiceover, would be adding enough texture and variety. But for a large presentation, to break up the floor, and adding variety, this is a great idea!"
A great job well done for the latter but to plead forgiveness for the former.

Today's last presentation cum role play for Psychology went smoothly. Took pictures with the project group and Prof Venus, kind of reluctant that it is the last tutorial ... how time flies?
Anyway, gotta back the psychology report that I was in-charge of a couple of weeks ago. Guess what? I scored full marks! Am grateful ... must take this opportunity to thanks my group members again. I will definitely miss "The Bean Babies".

It was a happy day for me. Why? Read on!
- Remarks from Prof. Sunanda on our research study presentation: "Very extensive, well done!" Group 1 Rockz!
- Score fpr persuasive writing, gotta back from communication Professor: 4.5/6. I achieved an improvement of 2.5 points. Great!
- I am being offered internship positions with Citibank, OCBC and BNP Paribas. These presents really came late. Wait! Which company should I choose eventually?
