Home Visits

With the Children Cancer Foundation Annual Camp approaching, volunteers have been busy with all the home visits. Visited Marcus's family yesterday, with Raena. Hmm, Mdm Lim is a rather friendly and warm person. She is simply welcom-ing. Marcus was just too engrossed in his computer games that he unknowingly "neglected" us. Anyway, Raena oomplimented my home visit's skills; ultimately, its my very first self-arranged family visit.

After my Student Union meeting today, I headed down to the pharmacy to pay my colleagues a visit. Upon reaching there, just to realise that the whole store was renovated. Though it looks "classy" now, it seems rather cramp for the shop floor.

And I received this mobile sms today: "Hey, Are you free on Tue nyt? Rmb that tym u treated me to a movie. Tis tym, my turn to win. Lol..So, i m inviting u to go with me. D movie is at 8 plus."
- - - Will I trigger the wrong idea by agreeing?

Raining Wed!

Human beings are rather "strange" at times? I think the theory of "Rush to wait & Wait to Rush" is really applicable. Take examinations for instance. All the students mugged Soooooooo hard before their respective assessments, it seems like 24 hours are just not enough. But after examinations, it is just too bored, especially if you have nothing to do.

Woke up around 1120am today and to realise that I am "aching" all over, triggered from my gym workout yesterday. Seriously speaking, it has been a month plus since I hit the gym again, all credits to my relatively hectic school schedule.

Updated my online resume portal as instructed by my school. Currenly, working on my timetable for upcoming semester. Hmm, gonna be a mad rush again after this month of holidays. Saw the very long list of psychology modules for me to choose from (surprised) while I have decided to focus on Banking and Corporate Finance for my major (Whee~).

Thats all for today ... gonna work on some projects plans and modules selection. Update again . . .

Much anticipated Holidays!

Just cant imagine that my last blog was done on the 17th of Oct! How time flies? Anyway, I am really glad that my semestrai examinations are over! Its holiday again! Whee~

Hmm, looking ahead, it seems like this holidays gonna be busy again for me. Think I should use the word "fruitful" instead of "busy". Hehez

My agenda for the month of Dec:
- Source for Uni Internship
- Meeting and drawing of proposal for Student Union FOC 08's program
- Start on L'Oreal marketing project
- Annual Children Cancer Foundation Camp 2007
- Back to work at guardian pharmacy

After my psychology (last paper) today, headed home to catch some rest. Thereafter, met Jean and Raena for home visit to the beneficiaries of CCF. Just to update the family on the camp proper and to ask any areas of concern. Was a great experience! Will be heading for another home visit this Thursday . . .
